What comes to your mind if someone asked you that who is your favorite player? Most of us will name a Footballer. Be it Messi, Ronaldo, Tevez, Neymar, or anyone. If we go with the facts, Football is the most popular game in the world. Not just this, the top earning people in the world among all sportsmen, it is a footballer who is in the top rank.

The Iconic goal scorer is still remembered in the hearts of the people of Arsenal.  This Dutchman spent 11 years serving the Gunners and took a retirement in the year 2006. He turned away the ball from Nikos Dabizas with a delicate pass before he slipped the ball past Shay Given.

The little master is known for many goals but this time it is the goal which made him a hero. It was Barcelona against their arch rivals, Real Madrid. Lionel Messi was given a through ball right outside the D. He dodged the ball past 5 players and scored a goal. The way he did that, it was momentarily superb.

7. Cristiano Ronaldo

The name is sufficient to explain everything, but we say that everything apart and his 35-yard laser beam on the other side. It was way back in 2004, in his debut match against the Bolton, when he scored his first goal for the Men in Red. Since then he is been giving his best.

Playing for Romania against AS Monaco in the UEFA champion’s league Gheorghe score the goal of his life. It was then a 14-year-old guy who scored and made a place in the hearts of millions. It was not just that he made himself a part of history and is being remembered still. It was his knuckle ball that landed behind the bars making him victorious and his team too.

9. Zinedine Zidane

He is another legend from the world of football that made an impact on his game and goals. He is French by birth but gave a good time of his life serving Real Madrid. It was in the Champion’s League Finals that the time stopped and he hit a volley and scored for his team. He was standing in the D when he got a successful cross from one of his teammates, he stood firm in the ground and waited till the ball came to his reach. As soon as he got the ball in reach, he hit a volley and scored.


10. Wayne Rooney

Served Manchester United for 13 years before getting signed up for Everton. He has been one of the best players in the Red Devil’s line up. He with Ronaldo used to be a deadly combination before Ronaldo Ditched Man U and joined Real Madrid. It was Rooney who scored a breathtaking cycle to score a goal. He made it look so easy but yes we know and he also knows it. It wasn’t at all easy.
