1. Harlequin-type Ichthyosis
Harlequin is the rarest disorder found in humans. This problem is very rude and happens to cause the keratin layer of the skin to thicken and make the baby look like an Alien baby or tiger baby at birth. In 2010, Harlequin baby was born in Gilgit Pakistan. The baby had blood red eyes and tiger stripes all over his body. People named the baby, Alien baby.
2. Lamellar Ichthyosis
A boy named Song Sheng, who lived in Jinhu, eastern China was born with no pores in his skin which means his body cannot cool down. He was known as the fish boy by the locals after he developed scales within days of his birth caused by his requirement of pores. Having such skin disorder, the body can’t sweat to cool down the body causing the fish like scaling on the skin.
Anencephaly is a very rare genetic disorder in which babies born with no forebrain and outstanding part of the brain is mostly exposed.
